I took time off of my other projects last night to try out my idea for the neckline of the Cathedral Sweater. I love it.
There are already a few changes from yesterdays ideas. Forget a stockinet body, now I am thinking about lace panels flowing to the hem. Now to see if everything else falls into place.
I would like to have the sweater for Christmas. Nothing like adding a deadline to make the heart pound and the needles fly!
Dinner for 12 today. Last night I made Crème Caramel. Today is turkey day!

Lynnette. What a beautiful piece. My husband – you know, Art – saw it and exclaimed how beautiful it is. He thought it was a finished piece with baubles already on it, ready to wear over other sweaters! An idea for a future project?

it is the neckline of a top-down sweater for myself! The baubles are stitch markers. It would make a neat cowl though!
