Thank-you Fiona, for being able to focus at night. The problem was not in the cast-on itself, the problem was the chart. I had a mistake in it.

Darlene found a very quick and important mistake. When starting Section D – place 27 beads on your tail and cast-on 28 sts before starting your chart.
I’ll replace the download tomorrow with the mistakes fixed.
