……ROARING!

All water everywhere is flowing downhill into MIllstone.
All water everywhere is flowing downhill into MIllstone.
...on almost every branch of almost every tree....
…on almost every branch of almost every tree….

Millstone River in Bowen Park is overflowing its banks and crashing down to the ocean – every bit of ground is saturated and the many dips and dives have become mini streams feeding into the River!

An Amazing Sight!

A carving of an Owl nestles into the mosses on the trunk of a tree.

Every bit of the park is channelling water!

Around it are the verdant greens of the moss, lichens and ferns that grow on almost every branch of almost every tree.

A local carver has added some art – another of the owl carvings that I now find in almost every local park!
